Zazenkai are all-day (or sometimes half-day) practice periods. They are a meaningful way to deepen your practice with the support of sangha and are wonderful for folks who can’t or aren’t ready to attend full weekend retreats. Zazenkai include liturgy, dokusan (meetings with the teacher), zazen, walking meditation, and a Dharma talk with discussion.
